  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered within 2 working days.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are processed or dispatched on Sundays.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any changes.

2. Shipping Coverage & Requirements

  • We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

  • Ensure that all shipping details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

  • Soul Pantry is not liable for delays or undelivered packages caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

3. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order and delivery details.

  • Please review this information and inform us immediately if any corrections are needed.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our courier partners aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe.

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you.

  • In case of multiple unsuccessful attempts, your package may be returned, and additional redelivery charges may apply.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
